Self-awareness isn’t soft, it’s foundational. When people don’t have a clear internal compass, it shows up in subtle but costly ways:
- Unclear strengths and blind spots make it harder to show up as a leader
- Low self-awareness fuels burnout, misalignment, and reactive decision-making
- People chase goals that don’t match their values
Cost to the business?
When people can’t lead themselves, they struggle to lead others. You see misaligned actions, inconsistent performance, and disengagement.
What's missing?
A personal navigation system, built with tools and frameworks that deepen self-awareness, uncover origin stories, and surface unique mental patterns.
In short, the clarity to lead yourself.

Agenda
1 - Why Self-Awareness Matters
Fast hook to show why self-awareness is foundational
You’ll kick off with a brief clip or story that shows how unclear internal patterns lead to misalignment, reactive choices, or burnout. This grounding moment highlights why self-awareness isn’t just personal – it’s essential for showing up clearly and leading effectively across all areas of life.
2 - Origin Stories
Reflect on key life experiences to uncover patterns and drivers
You’ll examine your personal experiences across three key areas: Work, Love, and Energy. Through guided prompts, you’ll identify patterns, drivers, and beliefs that have shaped the way you respond to challenge and opportunity.
3 - Take Control with High Agency
Learn what it means to act with high agency and why it matters
You’ll explore what high agency looks like in action, then you’ll reflect on how your mindset influences your ability to lead yourself. You’ll map where you fall on the agency/skill matrix and consider how to shift your mindset to take more ownership of your growth and goals.
4 - Write Your Vision Story
Create a vivid picture of where you're headed
Now it’s your turn to draft your own personal vision story. You’ll weave together your pre-work reflections and aspirations into a present-tense narrative that connects your goals to your values and purpose.
5 - Align Your Vision
Align your personal vision to your team’s goals
You’ll pair up to share your vision story and explore how it connects to your team or company’s values.
6 - Reflect & Commit
Group debrief and personal action commitments
You’ll wrap with a group debrief to surface key takeaways from the session. Then, you’ll commit to one mindset shift, habit, or action you’ll carry forward to strengthen your self-awareness and personal leadership. You’ll also get a follow-up prompt to continue the reflection with your manager or coach.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is this virtual?
The program is built to be virtual first, delivering a Zoom experience like you’ve never experienced before. But individual sessions can be delivered in person.
Can this be tailored?
All our programs have a minimum level of customization by our team of strategy and learning consultants. We can discuss deeper customization in our discovery calls.
What audience is this best for?
We see the most success with a cross-functional audience of experienced individual contributors transitioning to leadership and new leaders.
Why the focus on problem-solving?
The core challenge of leadership is not having all the answers. It’s having the right questions. This mindset is at the heart of problem-solving. We teach new and aspiring leaders how to synthesize multiple perspectives into a strategic narrative and communicate clearly to diverse stakeholders.
