Scaling a Coaching Culture with Stephanie Benavidez

Joining me this week is Stephanie Benavidez.

Stephanie is the Head of Sales Enablement at Loadsmart. She is an enabler of sales, a process junkie, a community connector, and an L&D advocate.

Of the things that really struck me about this conversation was the passion. You could literally see it in her eyes when she talked about the coaching culture that she’s building at Loadsmart.

She has a team of five enablers, and they have 400 people in their salesforce. One of her challenges going forward is being able to scale the incredible coaching culture that they’ve built there.
