How It Works

Leadership transformation happens in two vital phases – integration and innovation.

This phase involves bringing your full self to your work (individual integration) and connecting deeply with the rest of your leadership team (group integration).

We partner with a Clinical Psychologist for this phase.


Fully integrated, we then help you build the muscle for novel and adaptive thinking: your creativity.

Creativity allows you to be resilient in the face of unprecedented change and to make the future through the power of story. 

We partner with the Professor of Story Science at Ohio State’s Project Narrative for this phase.

Building on the base of deep trust, psychological safety, and individual self-awareness developed in phase one, we train creativity using scientific methods in phase two. 

We push you out of your comfort zone to dance the intimate dance between innovation and failure, between collaboration and conflict. 

With practice, your team will develop the ability to spot exceptional information, take new and multiple perspectives, adapt to change, and make the future.
